Shades of Excellence has been open in two locations in North Charleston from 1995 until 2010. We moved to Summerville in April 2010.

This Salon has 2 Cosmetologist's with 40 yrs of experience between them. Each stylist is self employed. We have extensive back ground in color and color correction. David is a former educator for Tressa and Goldwell colors. 1989 Ga international champion at the student level in the artistic division. Penny was trained in New York.
